Licenses

• Data: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), as PatentsView publishes its bulk tables; the underlying USPTO grant and maintenance-fee records are works of the US government. The register of every table, source and quote with its license is LICENSES.md.
• Code: GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0), the license of the PatentSearch-API server PatentRef forked (the fork) and of PatentRef's own code.
• The snapshot (the data as SQLite files, under the same license) is on Zenodo, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23250455: snapshot download.
• These pages are generated from the upstream endpoint contract, the OpenAPI file and the agent guide, so they say what the API answers.
